For a more DIY  approach:

• Encourage your team to read our Monday emails featuring recommended upcoming programs.
  
• Use the Member Portal to search for specific programs, then share URLs with employees to RSVP.
  
• Some members create internal digests (and distribute via email, Slack or live during a team meeting) that list suggested upcoming programs per role (see a real example, below).
