Teachbacks for Your Colleagues

Reinforce your own learning and bring value to your team by sharing what you’ve learned.

Here are a few of our suggested ways to “teach back” what you’ve learned, to others:

1. Send a short recap or a few bullets via Slack / Teams, or email it to your team
   
2. Share takeaways during a team meeting (ask your mgr for 5-10 minutes)
   
   
3. Create a short doc or slide with key insights, and either share with your manager (like the example below) or share directly with your colleagues.
   

After each program, you’ll get main takeaways + the deck, to assist with your write-up, if desired
