Build a high-engagement culture around Sales Assembly with the right actions.

Activate
Make sure all relevant team members have access to Sales Assembly, via one of two ways listed here:

  • Send them the signup link + access code (contact us if you need it)
  • Bulk upload users via the Admin Dashboard (Admins only)

Implement
This is you setting the tone on your team and within your organization.  Openly share the reasons your company is a member of Sales Assembly and the importance.

Regularly sharing suggested programs for people to take is also a great way to get people active.  See this section (Planning programs for your team) for strategies there.

Finally, while not required, many of our members have shared success they’ve seen by directly tying Sales Assembly to career paths and promotions.

Incorporate Sales Assembly skill certifications into development plans or promotion criteria to reinforce it’s not “extra,” it’s essential.

Celebrate
Be sure to celebrate the accomplishments of your team!  Not only to make them feel great, but to encourage others to join in as well:

  1. Celebrate certifications in Slack / Teams, or live in team meetings.
  2. Like/comment on LinkedIn posts when your employees share their achievements!
  3. Every quarter, we send you a “Top Learner” GIF highlighting your most engaged team member – post and share it.

If you’d like the Top Learner gif sent to you more often than quarterly, no problem – just ask!
