Admin Dashboard Overview

Access key data and tools to help your team get the most from Sales Assembly.

When your company joins Sales Assembly, specific team members are designated as Admins. These Admins receive a unique access code to create their own Admin Dashboard account. Once you have your code, click here to register and log in.

If you are not designated as an admin but would like to request visibility into the dashboard, please email your administrator at your company

Inside the Admin Dashboard, you can:

  • View usage and engagement data to track participation
  • Access company leaderboards
  • Pull reports and metrics at a glance
  • Manage users – add, remove, or update profiles
  • And more….

Below are some general FAQs about the admin dashboard:

1. Is the Admin Dashboard different from the Member Portal?

Yes.
Member Portal: For learners to sign up for programs, watch on-demand, and track certifications.
Admin Dashboard: For Admins to view engagement data, export reports, and manage users.
Each has its own URL and login credentials.

2. How often is the data updated?

The dashboard updates in real time. However, it may take up to one business day for attendance to be marked post-program.

3. Who can access the Admin Dashboard?

Admins can assign additional Admins or Observers via the Users tab. We recommend no more than two Admins per company to maintain data consistency.

4. What are the available roles?

1. User: Access to the Member Portal only
2. Observer: Can view data but not manage users
3. Admin: Full access to view data and manage users

5. Can I export data?

Yes—any report can be exported.

6. Can I add/remove users?

Absolutely. Admins can manage user access directly within the dashboard.
