Training Adoption & Reinforcement

The true value of learning comes from applying it back on the job.

Reinforce your team’s learnings (plus help them bring value back to others) by encouraging them to share what they learn. Here are ways your employees can do “teach backs” which is a strategy many other members have adopted:

  1. Have your employees who attend a program send a short recap or a few bullets via Slack / Teams, or email it to their team (example below):
  2. Invite them to share takeaways during a team meeting (give them 5-10 minutes to present)
  3. Create a short doc or slide with key insights (example writeup below):

Managers are encouraged to follow up in 1:1s to discuss how learnings can be applied.

Managers can request post-program summaries by emailing their Sr. Director of Member Success.
