The Initial Need

Our company was in serious growth mode in 2021 when we joined Sales Assembly. As we continued to build the company, we knew we not only needed to up-level the skills of our current team, but also be prepared to invest in future employees (we were planning on hiring + were in the process of acquiring other businesses). We didn’t have much in terms of foundational skills training in-house, so this was a big priority.

How Sales Assembly is Being Used

From a professional skill development standpoint, Sales Assembly IS our sales training for our organization. Our team joins many of the skill sessions and certifications, and then take the skills they learn to apply them in their every day sales pursuits. The other huge (and unexpected) use case has been the peer groups, where our team members can connect and collaborate with other sellers from throughout the Sales Assembly community. It’s allowed our team to learn from people at other companies, especially those within SaaS, which helps infuse new ideas and perspectives into what we’re doing. I can’t get access to that anywhere else.

One of the biggest results we have seen was when our sales leadership team participated in a 6-week, 4 session leadership development program. We have now fully implemented the core learnings to outstanding results. It is now our sales process today and the agenda for how we run our sales meetings.

Overall Sentiment

This is now the second time I have brought Sales Assembly into an organization, so personally, I knew the impact it would have – but seeing the excitement from my whole team as well, as been great (especially from some of our more tenured sellers, who are not always as eager to learn new things). Sales Assembly has been a big accelerant to our growth, and has helped free up my time as well as others on the leadership team to be able to focus on other needs for the business. Great Investment!

Sales Assembly has become part of the fabric of our sales organization. The skill development training sessions have enhanced our sales enablement program and they have helped our sales professionals grow both personally and professionally. Being a member is a must have for any organization looking to get better!”
