Projects are a complement to membership. You and your team have unlimited access to live trainings, on-demand content, peer-based learning and consultation with the Sales Assembly team.

Think of Projects as a deep dive or a way for Sales Assembly to solve a specific challenge for your business. If Sales Assembly membership provides you and your team with the foundational and always-on ways to level up your skills and learning, Projects transform parts of your business in a fast and focused way. 

Members who secure a project spot in 2022 will lock in our initial rate of $12,500 per project. Projects will be delivered on a first-come-first-serve basis, and we will only be able to deliver 12 in 2022.

However, all members who secure a spot and finalize purchase will lock in the 2022 rate even if their project is delivered in 2023.

  1. Initial intake with our subject matter experts, Christina Brady (Chief Strategy Officer) or Alex Zikakis (VP of Enablement), depending on the project type you choose
  2. A guided transformation of a process or practice in your business via live trainings and practical takeaways for your team.
  3. A final capstone and deliverable to ensure that the your team can continue to put the learnings into practice. Teaching you how to fish and catching alongside you.

Strategy Project #1: Foundation and Frameworks: High-Impact Performance Management

Facilitated by: Christina Brady

Outcomes: 

  • An audit and understanding of proper expectation setting and healthy performance management rituals
  • The process for introducing, managing to and coming out of a performance improvement plan (PIP)
  • Actionable insights to apply for overall team performance, ongoing feedback and creating a high performance culture

Strategy Project #2: Effective Communication and Soft Skills for Leaders

Facilitated by: Christina Brady

Outcomes: 

  • An understanding of communication frameworks, differences between role-based and identity-based feedback
  • Cross-functional communication resources, including a DiSC assessment, communication cross-functionally and communicating through conflict
  • Situational leadership lessons and ways to implement effective communication up, down and sideways

People Project #1: Sales Process Adoption and Expansion

Facilitated by: Alex Zikakis

Outcomes: 

  • Take the sales process you have and identify gaps, auditing effectiveness and adoption
  • Determine and create a process improvement plan to get from current to ideal state
  • Plan a rollout and ongoing optimization strategy so that your plays are dynamic and widely used

The project will be tailored to you and your team’s need based on the current state of the problem you’re trying to solve.

Our facilitators will then shape the curriculum and live sessions based on your current state and what you’re trying to accomplish.

In order for the projects to be able to be implemented effectively and in real-time, you’ll leave with the industry and real life best practices based on the facilitators expertise.

Due to limited capacity and our goal to provide quality, outcome-driven solutions for you and your team, we’re only able to deliver 12 projects across 3 project types in 2022.
