New Manager Training
Sales Assembly's New Manager Training is a full-day, intensive program designed to augment an organization’s current training efforts by focusing on a number of “core skills” that all leaders need to master in order to be effective in their new roles.
The program is divided into 4 modules, each being led by an expert within the Sales Assembly community. The modules include: Being a Leader, Team & Rep Development, Performance Management, and Hiring & Selection.
Attendance to these programs, along with all 70+ Sales Assembly events throughout the year (complete program calendar) is included within your Sales Assembly Membership.
