PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

It’s harder than ever for your team of CSMs and AMs to get the attention and time they need with your customers.

Join Sales Assembly and Chad Horenfeldt, Director of Customer Success at Kustomer, to learn how your team can better engage with your customers using a technique called “Motivational Interviewing”. This will include techniques in building rapport with your customers and creating deeper relationships. Ultimately you will learn the techniques to get customers – even the most stubborn ones – to take action and the steps to coach your team on this new method; transforming your customer-vendor interactions into a true partnership.
