Program Description

Sales Assembly Strategy Labs are an innovative approach to helping companies with their most pressing issues and challenges. Labs are two-month-long programs where our members can dive deep into important topics via formal learning, advisory, and implementation with our industryโ€™s foremost SMEs, as well as the platform to collaborate with fellow VP and C suite leaders, all through a structured and coordinated process. At the completion of the lab, your organization should be armed with the knowledge, advisory, and steps to build out a new or improve an existing function within your organization.

For this Lab, join Sales Assembly as we focus on the tactical development and implementation of a new hire onboarding program built to manage cohorts from 1-100.

A cohesive and effective onboarding program is foundational to the success of your revenue teams. Many companies lack a repeatable and thorough process for new hires to ensure they get the enablement they need and that their progress is captured. In this lab, we’ll dive deep into building your overall onboarding framework, how it impacts employee development, and what common pitfalls to avoid.

HOW IT WORKS:
This is a comprehensive program and designed for attendance, in full, in each session or training.

Labs are designed for those responsible for building and executing this segment of your company, and in this case, the leaders responsible for enabling your team. For some, this may be an enablement leader (or team), but for others, this might include the head of sales. The ideal participation is at least 2-3 people from your company, but you can enroll as many as needed if necessary and applicable.
