PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Senior Sales Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Sales Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Driving Org-Wide Performance & Culture by Todd Caponi. Executive leaders are at the forefront of battling “The Great Resignation,” and understanding why that’s happening is vital to keeping turnover low. In this module, we’ll dig into what areas of culture are worth the investment to keep team members engaged & performing, as well as drive an environment where those team members advocate to their friends to help speed to hire.
  • Coaching Leaders by Christina Brady. Coaching and developing leaders is a large part of the overall success of your organization. This module will highlight how to develop people leaders and achieve a strong front line of managers.
  • Building and Initiating by Mark Kosoglow. As an executive, your ideas have a platform, and often a microphone. You have a direct impact to build new processes, programs, and even products. This module will share the best practices for how to introduce and lead new company initiatives.
  • Organizational Collaboration & Change Management by Helen Baptist. Partnering with other lines of business ensures synergy and success of your company; especially in times of change. This module will discuss the how and why of who you’ll need to build a strong relationship with. We’ll then dive into how to enact change at the organizational level, what to do, what to avoid, and how and when to best leverage your cross-functional relationships.

This program is exclusively available only to those with 3+ years of leadership/management experience, and are currently in a leadership role at a SA member company.
