PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Sales Enablement Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Enablement leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Project Management & Communication by Heather Krueger. Partnership with other lines of the business is critical to the success of the Sales Enablement function. This module will cover what and how to prioritize your tasks, objectives, and initiatives: all while keeping open lines of communication with your key stakeholders.
  • Sales Process Building & Development by Mike Randazzo. A strong sales process consistent throughout the revenue organization is key to a strong performing team. Identifying, building, tweaking, and training the various processes rests with the enablement team to facilitate, and identify SMEs. This module will break down how to work with your partners in sales to support their GTM process.
  • Leadership Development and Support by Laura Wheeler. Sales leaders and managers require different paths of coaching and development than the organization’s ICs. This module will highlight how Sales Enablement should approach the training and development of people leaders and how to achieve a strong front line of managers.
  • Onboarding Planning and Execution by Alex Zikakis. Onboarding programs set the stage for a rep’s experience and success at your company. This module details how to plan and execute an effective and repetitive onboarding program to set your sellers up for success from day 1.

This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of Sales Enablement experience, and are currently in a Senior Sales Enablement or Sales Enablement Leadership role at a SA member company.
