PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Senior Account Executive Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Senior Account Executive professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

Schedule:

  • Effective Storytelling. A powerful narrative is one of the most effective ways to connect the dots between your buyer and their pains to you and your value proposition. In this module, we’ll discuss how to build compelling stories and when to best leverage them within your sales process.
  • Advanced Discovery. Discovery is more than a set of questions; it’s the way to truly identify a proper product and customer fit and ensure your solution hits the mark, both now and in the future. This module digs into the psychology behind a proper and effective discovery at an advanced level.
  • Customer Lifecycle. Selling isn’t a one-size-fits-all, and as the year progresses, customers’ needs, pains, and requirements change. In this module, we’ll discuss how to structure your prospecting and communication based on the customer needs as they navigate their fiscal – leading to a hyper-focused and relevant outreach strategy.
  • Mirroring and Communication. Recognizing the communication style of your prospects, customers, and peers is critical for success as a revenue generator. This module covers the ways to easily identify different communication styles and patterns, and how to amend your style and tonality to break down barriers and easily communicate as you sell
