PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Rising Sales Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Sales Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Coaching and Development by Christina Brady. If you can’t connect to your people, you can’t coach them. This session focuses on behavioral and communication styles and breaks down how to use them as a tool for coaching and development.
  • Building Your Team Culture by Matt Sullivan. Building a team culture is a multi-step process. This module discusses the building blocks of culture creation, as well as common pitfalls.
  • Hiring and Talent Selection Cale Tully. Knowing who, how, and when to hire is key for any leader. This session discusses how to identify your ideal hire, managing the interview process, and how to make sure you avoid a bad, or average hire.
  • Team Meetings and Weekly Cadence Debra Senra. Consistently, leaders hear feedback about meetings that lack purpose or impact. You’ll have several types of meetings, with various members of your team and organization. This session focuses on ensuring that your meetings are productive, organized, and meaningful.

This program is open to all employees of SA member companies who are currently in a Sales Leadership role, or are interested in transitioning into a Sales Leadership role.
