PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Rising Sales Enablement Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Enablement professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Enablement Foundations by Brittany Manopello. The job of an enablement professional is in-depth, multi-faceted, and often spans across multiple lines of business. This module focuses on the core roles and responsibilities of an Enablement professional, and how it’s typically leveraged at various companies
  • Sales Motion and Process by Mike Daflos. The sales and service motion is critical to the success of the revenue team. Identifying, building, tweaking, and training the various processes rests with the enablement team to facilitate, and identify SMEs. This module will break down how to work with your partners in sales to support their GTM process.
  • Programming and Training Delivery by Emily Fitzpatrick. Determining a cadence of training, and proper prioritization throughout the year is a key element of the Enablement department. This module will focus on how to establish your programming priorities, and how and when to deliver the needed learning based on your business unit.
  • Metrics, KPIs, Goals, and Data by Alex Zikakis. What does success look like as an Enablement professional? How do you track progress, and determine when change is needed? This module will break down the various ways to measure your performance, and set goals.
