Sales Assembly Strategy Labs are practical deep dives and hands-on ways for leaders to grow and solve their company’s most pressing issues and challenges. Each Strategy Lab consists of a half-day of formal learning, advisory, and guidance on strategy and implementation with our industry’s foremost SMEs, as well as the platform to collaborate with fellow marketing and sales leaders. Attendees will leave being able to build out a new or improve an existing function within your organization.
