PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Marketing Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Marketing Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

Schedule:

• Coaching and Development by Melanie Chapman. If you can’t connect to your people, you can’t coach them. This session focuses on behavioral and communication styles and breaks down how to use them as a tool for coaching and development.

• Metrics and Reporting by Latané Conant. What does success look like as an effective Marketing Leader? What metrics are vital to track, what is the best methodology, and how do you determine when change is needed? This module will break down the various ways to measure your team’s performance, and how to set attainable yet challenging goals.

• Cross Functional Collaboration by James Gilbert. Partnering with other lines of business ensures the synergy and success of your company. This module will discuss who you’ll need to build a strong relationship with, why, and how.
• Initiative Building and Execution by Nick Galluch and Mandi Galluch. As a Marketing Leader, your ideas have a platform, and often a microphone. You have a direct impact to build new process, drive new campaigns, and roll out new technologies. This module will share the best practices for how to introduce and lead new marketing initiatives.
