How to Create Dynamic and Engaging Training for All Learning Styles

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Join Sales Assembly and Jess Arias, Senior Instructional Designer at WorkRamp, as we dive into the most broadly used and easy to implement learning style theory: VAK (Visual – Auditory – Kinesthetic). We will explore each style in depth and identify key tactics to leverage them in both live and e-learning settings. Participants will walk away with strategies that can be instantly applied to create dynamic, engaging training for all learning styles.

In this session, you will learn proven methods to:

• Define and explain each of the primary learning styles
• Utilize tactics specific to each style to maximize learning
• Apply tactics to both in-person and online training
