PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Customer Success Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all CS Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

Schedule:

  • Coaching and Development by Christina Brady. Knowing how, and when to coach your ICs is critical to their development. This session will incorporate behavioral psychology to learn how to approach different personalities and how to communicate with them effectively.
  • Agility and Change Management by Joey Nalevka. Change is constant, and as the keepers of the client relationship, CSMs and AMs have to learn to change gracefully and effectively. Leading your team through change is constant, and learning how to do so will make you a better leader! This session will talk through the ups, downs, and how-tos.
  • Tools and Process Adoption by Brendon Albrizio. CSMs and AMs use a variety of tools, and change and improvement is constant. How to roll out a new tool, or ensure your team is using your tech stack properly could be the difference between hitting your KPIs or not. This module will discuss the typical CSM/AM tools, and how to evaluate the usage amongst your teams.
  • Motivation and Team Culture by Michelle Vu. Motivating an employee is an art, and how you motivate and ignite the passion of your team is the building blocks of culture. This module will break down how to motivate your teams, keeping in mind their role and what matters to them.
