Customer Success Leadership Certification

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Customer Success Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all CS Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Escalations by Erin Carr. Partnering with other lines of business ensures synergy and success of your company. This module will discuss you need to partner with to ensure org-wide success, and how/when to escalate when problems arise.
  
• Interviewing & New Hire Success by Jess Lovell. You will learn how to leverage a process for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and integrating.
• Accountability and Career Progression by Georgie Papacostas. You will learn how to create a framework of accountability that leads to successful career progression.
• Agility and Change Management by Arit Nsemo. Change is constant, and as the keepers of the client relationship, CSMs and AMs have to learn to change gracefully and effectively. Leading your team through change is constant, and learning how to do so will make you a better leader! This session will talk through the ups, downs, and how-tos.
  

ADDITIONAL INFO TO KNOW

This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of Account Management / Customer Success experience, and are currently serving in a AM/CSM role or AM/CSM leadership role at a SA member company.
