PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Customer Success Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all CS Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Coaching and Development by Georgie Papacostas. Knowing how, and when to coach your ICs is critical to their development. This session will cover how to define what good looks like, develop your coaching framework, and deliver performance conversations.
  • Agility and Change Management by Anne Carter. Change is constant, and as the keepers of the client relationship, CSMs and AMs have to learn to change gracefully and effectively. Leading your team through change is constant, and learning how to do so will make you a better leader! This session will talk through the ups, downs, and how-tos.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Escalations by Alexander Mcphie . Partnering with other lines of business ensures synergy and success of your company. This module will discuss you need to partner with to ensure org-wide success, and how/when to escalate when problems arise.
  • Motivation and Team Culture by Michelle Koenig Vu. Motivating an employee is an art, and how you motivate and ignite the passion of your team is the building blocks of culture. This module will break down how to motivate your teams, keeping in mind their role and what matters to them.

ADDITIONAL INFO TO KNOW

This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of Account Management / Customer Success experience, and are currently serving in a AM/CSM role or AM/CSM leadership role at a SA member company.
