PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Customer Success Certification educates participants on fundamental skills that all Customer Success professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Customer Lifecycle Management by Sarina Asher. This module focuses on core lifecycle patterns, processes, and roles. We’ll discuss who should contact the customer, when, and what should be covered to provide meaningful value.
  • Product Adoption by Georgie Papacostas. Ensuring your customers use the product, and all features properly are critical to ensuring they renew. This module covers how to implement a product adoption process, and common pitfalls.
  • Risk Mitigation by Chad Horenfeldt . Identifying risk and common attrition reasons are key to a lifecycle process. In this session, we’ll cover the critical aspects of risk, how to identify it, and how to address it.
  • Account Prioritization by Caitlyn Delehanty. Time management and a strong prioritization strategy are keys to success when you manage multiple customers. This module breaks down how to prioritize the customers you serve and the activities surrounding them.
