PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s BDR/SDR Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all BDR/SDR professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Email Effectiveness by Jeff Kirchick. Email and electronic outreach is a key part of an SDR or BDR’s day-to-day activities. There’s only one problem – everyone else is also emailing your prospect. This module breaks down ways to stand out and gain interest from your customers.
  • Outreach Strategy by Dave Paul. There are several ways to successfully connect to your prospects, and ensuring that you do so in a way that’s efficient, and relevant is important! This module covers the process for building and executing your outreach strategy.
  • Objection Handling by Ashley Dees. As a sales professional, objections come with the territory! As a front-line role, and often the first engagement with a prospect, learning how to navigate objections will ultimately lead to success and higher morale. This module covers the psychology and tactics of fielding objections and transitioning them to discovery.
  • Qualifying Prospects by Morgan Ingram. If you’re focusing your outreach on the wrong prospects, you’re burning time and money, and likely missing your target. A core responsibility of a BDR or SDR is the ability to identify your company’s Ideal Customer profile. This session uncovers what to look for and how to become an expert at ICP identification.
