PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Account Manager / Customer Success Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Customer Success professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

Schedule:

  • Customer Lifecycle Management by Sarina Asher. This module focuses on core lifecycle patterns, processes, and roles. We’ll discuss who should contact the customer, when, and what should be covered to provide meaningful value.
  • Product Adoption by Megan Miedema. Ensuring your customer uses the product and all features properly are critical to ensuring they renew. This module covers how to implement a product adoption process and common pitfalls.
  • Uncovering New Opportunities by Natalie Moster. Renewal and logo retention is important, but ensuring you maximize opportunities for additional spending is another foundational aspect of a CSM/AM’s role. This module will cover how to identify buying language, and how to ensure that your process supports mid-cycle spend across your customer base.
  • Risk Mitigation by Chad Horenfeldt. Identifying risk and common attrition reasons are key to a lifecycle process. In this session, we’ll cover the critical aspects of risk, how to identify it, and how to address it.
