New Hire Launch Program

Growth-stage B2B tech companies are often having people start new roles, whether they are hiring for newly opened positions, replacing employees who have left, or moving individuals from one role to another within the organization.  Whatever the case - employees are consistently beginning new positions and journeys all the time. 


For this reason, Sales Assembly runs our bi-monthly New Hire Launch Program.  Operated in a cohort format, newly hired or promoted individuals across all SA member companies convene virtually for ongoing strategic discussions, where they have the opportunity to learn about company-agnostic strategies focused on helping to ramp faster in their new roles, as well as to connect with new hires from other companies in order to compare notes & exchange ideas. 

We've brought the benefit of a peer community to those going through a tricky and often stressful part of their career!
