Sales Assembly's Effective Leadership Series provides attendees the opportunity to drill deep into the skills & disciplines that make great sales managers & revenue leaders.

The programs through our Effective Leadership Series are led by high performance team coaches Thea Polancic and Lee Capps of ClearSpace, LLC. Lee and Thea bring the curriculum they use to coach sales managers & company executives at top companies around the world. These programs also provide a great opportunity for attendees to network, collaborate and connect with their peers within Chicago's tech community.
