Every month we gather 70-80 people who share a similar persona within the revenue org (Sales Enablement, RevOps, Channel Leader, Director of Sales, etc) and we dive into topics that pertain directly to those individuals. These programs are always a blend between thought leadership, education and peer discussion. Topics include things such as Modern ABM Strategies, How to Revamp Your New Rep Onboarding, and Creating a Culture of Learning.
