Mentor Program

The first 3 months for a new leader can be challenging in a number of ways, and a professional mentor can be a fantastic asset. Our New Manager Mentor program pairs newly hired or newly promoted sales, marketing, and customer success managers with a mentor, all who are experienced leaders from the Sales Assembly community. Through guided meetings, these new managers can leverage the expertise and experience of their mentor as they navigate their new role in their first 90-120 days.
